Pop -punk artist Ryan Soanes brings us a striking new single ‘Call My Name’. The angsty single is accompanied by an intensely atmospheric music video that’s full of feeling.
Ryan’s Emo inspired sound finds the perfect balance between power and harmony, combining the intensity of guitars with electrifying synths to create his very own musical signature.
‘Call My Name’ comes from Ryan’s full album ‘The Journey’, which is quickly becoming a fan favourite amongst his adoring audience. Refusing to be hindered by the constrains of genre, Ryan Soanes creates catchy singles containing all the ear-worm worthy melodies of pop and the rebellious feel of punk.
Diagnosed with autism as a child, Ryan’s sound is not only for his fans, but also a means of expression for himself. Creativity allows Ryan Soanes to process emotion and feeling, whilst commendably helping others do the same.
The track comes from a personal place, using real-life experience to create lyrically deep singles that evoke raw emotion. Ryan Soanes explains the sadly sweet story behind ‘Call My Name’–
“The song was originally written years ago before I even released music, it was written as a love song to a girl I was dating at the time, however, in recent times when I decided to rework the song, I had broken up with the girl… this gave the song a whole new meaning and vibe completely, it’s a happy song that went sad.
