“Holy Father” Combines Supernatural Horror and Detective Suspense

SRHP Films’ “Holy Father” introduces a chilling story where a police investigation becomes entangled with questions of faith, possession and the unknown. Written and directed by Shravan Tiwari, the film presents a dark mystery shaped by both criminal violence and supernatural fear.

Academy Award-nominated actor Eric Roberts leads the film as Father Isaac Wales, an experienced exorcist called to confront a case that tests his faith and knowledge of evil. As the events surrounding the case grow more severe, Wales is forced to confront forces beyond ordinary human explanation.

The film’s crime thriller element is led by Bryan Easley as Chief Detective Sam Harper, whose investigation into brutal crimes becomes increasingly connected to paranormal events. Mary Lirette plays Luna Green, a psychic medium whose involvement adds another layer to the mystery.

“Holy Father” is produced by Sandip Patel and Rita Patel and features additional performances from Zuhair Ahmed, Austin Lampe and Jonathan E. Simons. The film is positioned as a genre-blending work that combines exorcism horror, supernatural suspense and investigative drama.

As the second installment in the Holy Trilogy, “Holy Father” continues the cinematic world that began with “Holy Ghost” and is planned to continue with “Holy Son.” The 90-minute film has been submitted to around 50 festivals and has received awards and nominations, with the production team now working toward distribution and broader audience reach.
