At just 17 years old India Dupriez is talented beyond her years, with immense vocal prowess, addiction-worthy melodies and catchy cool choruses.
‘Holding On’ is yet another incredible release from India Dupriez, helping firmly cement herself as a rising star in the Pop genre.
We caught up with the young talent to find out a little more about her.
How did you first get started in Music?
“I started in music around the age of 12, and found my love for it though a local theatre production.
It was only in the last couple of years that I decided to take it on fully as a career, I was inspired by all the people I was touching through music.”
What inspires your sound?
“I find inspiration in all of life and everything it brings. As for my sound, I am still playing around with it to make sure it’s where I want it but it comes with growing up and learning more.
‘Holding on’ was inspired by a guy I was seeing at the time and how much we had gone through but still stuck it out no matter what.”
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to fellow artists & musicians?
“My advice would be to dive in head first and give it a go! What’s the worst that can happen?”
What can we expect to hear from you next?
“Hopefully in 2021 I can share some more recent work and get on a better song releasing schedule. I am excited for everyone to see me grow and make music to help heal others.”
